The Fresh Start 2025 Program is a 6 week strength and conditioning program. It is designed to help you follow and build an effective routine that will give you all the tools you need for a fresh start to help you reach your goals. The Busy Body 2.0 program is a 3 day a week program with workouts focused on full body strength. We designed this program with a busy schedule in mind. We understand that we all have periods of time where our schedules may make it hard to be consistent in a program, and this is where the Busy Body 2.0 program comes in; having 3 full body strength days to focus on each week, and fitting in other days of movement as our schedule allows. This program can be started at any time.
This 8 week program was designed to give you the tools and guidance you need to feel confident in reaching and maintaining your goals. This is a strength and conditioning based program centered on circuit style training, along with weekly follow along workouts. Along with the workouts, we have equipped you with guides and recipes that will be helpful in tailoring your nutrition- which will play a big role in your progress. Regardless of the goal you are trying to reach, consistency is going to be key.
Welcome to the Juice & Toya Level Up Program! This 6-week program will help you build strength, lean muscle, lose body fat, and most importantly, it will create structure within your fitness journey. We've also included a nutrition guide, video based recipes, and a variety of motivational videos to help you stay consistent and through the process of working toward your goals. With the many tools and tactics included in this program, you have everything you need to level up your fitness!
The Busy Body program is based on 3 days a week, and we designed this program with a busy schedule in mind. This program is structured on a base of 3 full body strength days a week. Although this program is only 3 days a week- we encourage you to tailor it to meet your needs and goals. If you are someone who is looking to build strength, we'd recommend focusing on increasing in weight through out the 4 weeks, and adding in mobility and recovery, as well as some accessory work. If you are looking to lose body fat, we'd recommend adding in a day or two of HIIT or cardio. If you are looking to maintain, we'd recommend focusing on some type of movement each day (a walk, hike, bike, stretching, etc). We understand that we all have periods of time where our schedules may make it hard to be consistent in a program, and this is where the Busy Body program comes in; having 3 full body strength days to focus on each week, and fitting in other days of movement as our schedule allows. We are Juice and Toya- personal trainers in Los Angeles, CA, and together we own a personal training company; One Body LA. We began our personal training careers in 2015, after completing our bachelors degrees in Nutritional Science and Sports Medicine. We began our training careers with the purpose of helping to inspire and motivate as many people as we could to reach their health and fitness goals. With training options that include equipment or bodyweight, all you need is a space to move your body to get in a good workout. This means you can do the program at home, take it to the gym with you or even while traveling.
Not necessary! Our programming includes BOTH at home & gym programs and workouts, so you have all of the flexibility you need.
